Obviously things are looking a bit different now that we are living alongside COVID-19 and this has changed the way we welcome our patients and the way we treat. We hope that this isn’t how we will practice long-term but this is how things are at the moment, and for the foreseeable future. So until COVID-19 is a distant memory this is what we are doing to help us look after you.
What we are doing
Staggering appointment times
Implementing clear social distancing in all areas of the practice
Allowing cleaning time between each patient
Heightened cleaning regime throughout the practice
Supplying hand sanitiser
Using PPE – your osteopath will wear gloves, apron and mask during the treatment
What we are asking you to do
If you are feeling unwell or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19 or suspected COVID-19 please cancel your appointment and stay at home.
Complete your online consent form if it is your first time. This will be sent to you by email when you book.
Complete your COVID-19 screening questionnaire before you arrive. The link will be on your appointment reminder text and email. This must be completed before entering the practice each time you come.
Arrive on time. The appointment times are staggered so please double check your appointment time.
Wear a mask or face covering.
Wash your hands using soap and water or hand sanitiser on entering and leaving the building.
Come on your own. If you would like to bring a chaperone please let us know.
Consider how you are going to pay – you could use Apple pay or Google pay if you have it. You can also pay by BACS before you arrive for your treatment. We will always have the card machine as well which will be cleaned before you use it.
