I trained for four years at Swansea University for a master’s degree in osteopathy, during this time I developed an interest in obstetric osteopathy and completed my dissertation investigating the benefits of osteopathic treatment during pregnancy and childbirth.
As part of my treatment approach I use a variety of methods including soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, manipulation, rehabilitative exercise and postural advice.
I have enjoyed working in both NHS and private clinics.
In addition to my degree I have completed a course in sports taping and will begin studying part-time in January 2017 for a master’s in animal osteopathy. In my spare time I enjoy horse riding, swimming, playing the piano and caring for my flock of pedigree sheep.
