What a fantastic practice. From the moment you call or walk in, you know the team at Jeremy’s practice, is caring for you as an individual. The front-of-house team are polite and very helpful, without being over-bearing. There’s always a warm welcome and they always get back to you promptly, going over and above to help out when I’ve been in pain or needed to discuss a specific issue. I’ve seen a few of the Osteopaths at the practice over the years and received excellent care and treatment from all of them. Most recently that was with Joe Marshall, who has been great, helping me out immensely with some ongoing neck and back issues. I’ve always received comfortable and professional treatment, which is testament to the way Jeremy and Donna run the practice and train their staff. I like the way they help me holistically; instead of just treating me and sending me off, they always give advice and suggestions about how I can continue to improve my health and build on the therapy they do in-house. I would definitely recommend this 5-star practice to anybody that needed it!
