Hi, my name is Stephen and I am a decathlete studying and training at Loughborough university. Jeremy saw me after I had injured my right glute, which was preventing me from training. Jeremy was able to trace a history of injuries on my right side (ankle, glute and quad) to explain an overall weakness resulting in incorrect pelvic alignment. His assessment was incredibly thorough, with him checking a variety of things (strength, balance, alignment, flexibility) to diagnose my injury and provide treatment. without his assessment it is likely an injury would have occurred later down the line, which I am very thankful was prevented. I am now back training and have not felt the injury since. Additionally, the exercises Jeremy provided already feel to be beneficial just a few weeks after my treatment. I will definitely see Jeremy again for any future injuries.
